What we collect
Information you give us directly
When you submit a membership application, we collect the information you provide in that form. This includes your name, email address, job title, company, and any responses you write. We also collect your agreement to the Community Terms and Privacy Policy at the time of submission.
If you contact us by email or through any form on the site, we collect the content of that communication and your contact details.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we collect standard web analytics data. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time on site. This data is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies. We use this data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use it to build individual profiles for advertising.
Cookies
The site uses cookies. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others are analytics cookies that help us understand traffic patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site or submit an application.
How we use what we collect

- Review and process your membership application

- Send you information about AI Exec Board if you have opted in

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Service providers
We work with vendors who help us operate the site and process applications, including hosting, email, and analytics providers. These vendors access your data only to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Legal requirements
We will disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Business transfers
If AI Exec Board is acquired, merged, or its assets are transferred, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
We do not share application responses or personal details with other members or applicants.
Data retention
We retain application data for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward. If your application is declined, we retain your data for up to 12 months, then delete it unless we are required by law to keep it longer.
Web analytics data is retained in aggregate form. Personally identifiable analytics data is retained for no more than 26 months.
You can request deletion of your data at any time. See the Your rights section below.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take this seriously and will notify you promptly if a breach affects your personal data.
Third-party links
The site may contain links to other websites. This policy does not apply to those sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Children
This site is intended for senior professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to applicants and members.
