AI Exec Board exists to give senior leaders a private space to do three things: build relationships with peers operating at the same level, grow their careers and professional brand, and engage in conversations that are only possible when the room is protected and the people in it are carefully chosen.
The terms below exist to protect that space. By submitting your application and checking the box that references these terms, you agree to everything in this document.
1. Confidentiality
The reason this obligation exists is simple: you should be able to speak candidly, ask what you actually need to ask, and engage with peers at the level the conversation deserves, without it leaving this room. That is what makes the conversations here worth having.
Everything shared within AI Exec Board, including member identities, session content, discussions, questions asked, challenges raised, and any information disclosed by one member to another in any context connected to AI Exec Board, is strictly confidential.
You may not share, publish, repeat, summarize, or otherwise disclose any of it outside AI Exec Board without prior written approval from the organization.
This obligation applies regardless of format, channel, or context. It covers conversations in sessions, in side channels, in writing, and in person. It does not expire when your membership ends.
If you are unsure whether something is confidential, treat it as confidential.
The only exception is information that was already publicly known before it was shared in AI Exec Board, through no action of yours or any other member.
The organization holds itself to the same standard. What members contribute in this community will not be used as case studies, marketing content, or published examples without explicit written permission from the member involved.
2. Our commitment to you
Membership is a two-way agreement. Your job is to show up honestly and protect the room. Our job is to protect it too.
That means curating who is admitted, maintaining the quality and relevance of what happens inside, and making sure the time you invest here is worth it. We take that seriously because the value of this community depends entirely on the people in it and the trust between them.
3. Connections, networking, and commercial conduct
Members are encouraged to build genuine relationships, share opportunities, and support each other’s careers and organizations. That is part of what this community is for.
What is not permitted is using membership as a sales channel. You may not use your access to AI Exec Board, member contact information, or connections made through it to systematically pitch, solicit, or sell products or services to other members.
The distinction is intent. A genuine conversation that leads somewhere commercially is fine. Joining primarily to prospect is not.
Members who identify a mutual opportunity may pursue it independently. AI Exec Board does not facilitate or endorse commercial arrangements between members.
4. Code of conduct
This community is for senior executives doing real work. The standard expected is the one you would hold yourself to in a boardroom.
Members are expected to engage honestly, treat other members with respect, and contribute in good faith. Disagreement is welcome. Grandstanding, bad-faith engagement, and conduct that degrades the quality of the room are not.
Specific conduct that will result in removal includes, but is not limited to:
- Breaching confidentiality in any form
- Recording or distributing content without written approval
- Using membership primarily as a sales channel
- Misrepresenting your identity, role, or organization
- Harassing or demeaning another member
- Any conduct the organization determines is inconsistent with the character and purpose of the Board
5. Membership and selection
Selection
Membership is by application only. Every member was evaluated before being admitted, for the same reasons you were. That evaluation is what makes the room worth being in. AI Exec Board reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.
Renewal
Standard membership runs in 12-month terms. Continuation beyond each term is at the discretion of the organization. Members whose membership is not continued will be notified.
Removal
Membership may be terminated at any time at the sole discretion of AI Exec Board. Grounds include violation of these terms, conduct the organization determines is harmful to the community, or any circumstance in which the organization determines continued membership is not in the interest of the Board.
No refund, compensation, or obligation to provide detailed reasoning is owed upon removal or non-renewal.
Post-membership
Confidentiality obligations survive the end of membership regardless of how membership ends. Connections and relationships formed through AI Exec Board are yours to keep.
6. No recording or documentation
Sessions and member communications may not be recorded, transcribed, screenshotted, or documented in any form without prior written approval from AI Exec Board.
This applies to audio, video, text, and any other format. It applies to sessions hosted by the organization and to conversations between members connected to AI Exec Board.
Approved materials, if any, will be distributed by the organization. Members do not create or distribute their own.
7. What membership includes
Membership currently includes access to peer sessions, member communications, and any resources or programming the organization makes available. The organization reserves the right to change, add, remove, or restructure what membership includes at any time. Members will be given reasonable notice of material changes.
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
8. Member recognition and organizational use
By accepting membership, you grant AI Exec Board a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to identify you as a member for organizational and promotional purposes. This includes using your name, title, company name, and company logo in member rosters, on the website, in marketing materials, and in communications about the Board.
If you would prefer not to be identified publicly, you may opt out by notifying the organization in writing at team@aiexecboard.com. Opt-out requests will be honored within a reasonable timeframe and will not affect your membership status.
9. Intellectual property
All content, frameworks, programming, materials, and resources created or distributed by AI Exec Board are the property of AI Exec Board. Membership provides access to these materials for personal, non-commercial use within the community.
Content contributed by members within AI Exec Board becomes part of the community’s collective resource. AI Exec Board owns that content. The originating member will be credited as its source. By contributing, you grant AI Exec Board the right to use, reference, and build on that content within the community and in materials related to it.
10. Limitation of liability
AI Exec Board is a peer community. Nothing shared by the organization or by other members constitutes legal, financial, strategic, or professional advice.
Members make their own decisions. AI Exec Board accepts no liability for any decision made, action taken, or outcome resulting from participation in the community or from any information shared within it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Exec Board’s total liability to any member for any claim arising from or related to membership is limited to zero dollars. Membership is free.
11. Amendments
AI Exec Board may update these terms at any time. Members will be notified by email and the “last updated” date will reflect the change. Continued membership after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute arising from these terms or from membership in AI Exec Board will be resolved in the courts of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, or the federal courts of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
