# AI Exec Board > A private peer board for senior executives driving AI inside their organizations and protecting their brand in the process. Built for the executives who own the business impact of AI. Founded by Adrian "AT" Trzaskus. AI Exec Board is an invite-only, vetted membership community — not a conference, not a newsletter, not a vendor-aligned network. It operates as a closed peer board where senior enterprise leaders accountable for real AI outcomes share what is actually working, in confidence, without pitches or theater. The founding cohort is capped at 50 members. ## Core Pages - [Homepage](https://www.aiexecboard.com/): Overview of the board's mission, membership criteria, house rules, and what members get access to. - [Apply for Membership](https://www.aiexecboard.com/apply): Membership application for senior leaders (VP, SVP, C-Suite, or recognized AI experts) accountable for AI outcomes inside scaled organizations. Borderline candidates are reviewed a second time by a current member working in the same domain. The founding cohort is limited to 50 seats. ## Member Benefits - Closed-door small-group sessions on adoption, governance, vendor selection, org design, and brand risk - Production walkthroughs where members share real architecture, prompts, guardrails, rollout plans, and costs - Operator frameworks built and pressure-tested by members — versioned, sourced, and attributable - Direct peer access and warm introductions across the network - Curated career opportunities and advisory engagements surfaced privately before recruiter distribution - Invite-only events across NYC, London, Miami, and San Francisco ## House Rules 1. Vetted membership — every member is reviewed on what they have built and what they are accountable for 2. Brand agnostic — no preferred platforms or favored vendors 3. Off the record — all conversations are strictly confidential 4. No pitches — selling has no place in the room ## Notable Member Organizations Members come from teams at Databricks, HYCU, Accenture, Salesforce, and other enterprise-scale organizations. ## Engine Room The Engine Room is for emerging operators who want to help run the Board. Responsibilities include operationalizing cohort programming, co-authoring frameworks alongside members, running research and synthesis for sessions, and building the systems that keep the Board operational. Ideal candidates are graduate students (MBA, MS in CS, business, or design), final-year undergraduates, or early-career operators between roles.
