cohort II · Waitlist Open

AI leadership without the theater.

A private peer board for senior executives driving AI inside their organizations and protecting their brand in the process. Built for the executives who own the business impact of AI. There are no fees to apply or to join Cohort II.

Members come from teams at
The Manifesto

Most public talk about AI is theater. The executives running AI at scale are making decisions nobody has made before, with few peers to call. They own the upside and the risk.

Senior leaders now carry two jobs: show measurable results from AI, and protect what they've built while doing it.

AI Executive Board exists for those leaders. A private peer board where members talk openly about the AI they have deployed and the decisions behind it.

Members are executives accountable for AI outcomes inside enterprise organizations. What gets shared stays off the record, and the people in the room are the ones actually leading the work.

"If you're accountable for AI outcomes inside a scaled organization, this room was built for you."

Adrian "AT" Trzaskus, Founder

Cohort II has drawn more applications than we planned for.

All new applications now go on the waitlist. Every one still gets a full review, but expect some delays. Apologies for the wait.

House rules

Four rules. No exceptions.

i.

Vetted membership

We review each applicant on what they've built and what they're accountable for.

ii.

Brand agnostic

We don't back any platform or vendor. Members talk about what is working in their own AI programs.

iii.

Off the record

Everything shared here is confidential. Members speak freely because that's a strict condition of being in the room.

iv.

No pitches

Members are here to get sharper, share what's working, and stay ahead of what's coming in AI. Selling has no place in this room.

Membership

Built for the executives leading the work.

✓

Senior leadership role

VP, SVP, C-Suite, or recognized AI expert with a clear sphere of accountability inside a scaled organization.

✓

Accountable for AI outcomes

You own a P&L, a function, a product, or a transformation that AI is reshaping.

✓

Hands on the wheel

You set the AI strategy, sponsor the rollout or run the team doing the work.

✓

Here to contribute

You bring experience from your own work and share it with the group.

We keep the board small on purpose. When you ask a question, the answer comes from someone who has faced that problem at your scale.

Cohort II
Given the volume of applications for Cohort II, new applications are added to our waitlist. Every one still receives a full review. We’ll reach out as soon as we can, but expect some delays.
The application process

How vetting works.

Three steps. We look forward to reading yours.

01 · Apply

A short application

Less than 3 minutes. We ask about your role, your AI sphere of accountability, and what you want from the room. Tell us where you've been doing the work.

02 · Vetting

A complete review

Every application is read by the founding team. Borderline candidates are reviewed a second time by a current member working in the same space. We check the work and the fit.

03 · Cohort decision

Decisions by cohort

Members are admitted in cohorts, so every group starts together. Every applicant hears back from the founding team directly, whatever the outcome.

Ready when you are.
